On that note then,Mason, you may want to repost in the W to B.And see if there is anyone else with something. This isn't an overnight sort of thing.Hehe

If he ordered the inline rudder/strut system, it should work as the strut setback looks only to be about 2"........................i didnt notice it. I was basing it off of the OSE stingers and their 3"+ lengths.
NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE: http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=

It is a cat strut though and we would have to build a standoff so the nose isn't in the transom.
It is this one that he found from another member http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...prod=ose-80085
The e-bay one apparently is for a 1/4 shaft.

I'm coming in kind of late, did you check out Zipp Kits hardware. Joe's Z strut works good on a mono ,I used one on my NQD high wind upgrade, also on an old Dumas mono rebuild. His rudders are also quite good. I'm not knocking OSE hardware,as I use it to

If you go with that strut Mason,u will have to make some sort of stand off like slash said.I would hold off on that strut alittle while to see if someone can come up with a better but affordable solution for you.

Ok going to home depot now. Getting 400 and 600 grit sand paper and sandable primer.

Hopefully i can find or have something found for a rudder/ strut

Actually i think my hull is about 23 inches. Hah. Sorry. So would that work you said? I would like something with everything i need to run so i dont have to spend more money. Because now, i dont have a drive dog, flex line, strut, rudder, flex line adapters, tubing... So i dont have much. Hah

Since ur hull is 23",i wouldn't get that! Do a WTB ad for hardware for a small mono
