First build... Cheap boat, lots of power

So here it is.. i got this cheap old boat from some online place for 30 bucks a while ago... Its a deep v as you will see in the pictures... It was brushed twin motor. I am trying to convert to brushless. Well now i have it where its 1 motor and a rudder. So... Heres the parts list.

    Turnigy 3656 2700kv motor
    Turnigy 120a esc
    Turnigy nano tech 3s. 45-90c
    Traxxas rudder assembly.
    Boat hull

I tried this in many tuning options.. either way, it sucks air... I have reved it up very low sucked air... Wow right! I have about 4 different props of different pitch i can try. Havent tried them all but i am willing to re drill holes... And start fresh. I want this to run good. Help me know where to drill and what i can do. I need help choosing shafts, and other parts.

    Now the pics...

I mean no disrespect, but I would walk to the nearest dumpster and heave that thing where it belongs.

Get one of these and use the parts you have.

Youre trying to build a headache. I say this because ive been there and done it. The hull isnt worth it. The DF is cheap and will handle much better. Its a better start for a guy that hasnt built a boat before.

                          Whats better?
                          Mini storm or delta force...
They use same hardware and motor just the mini storm is smaller...
