You have made the plastic to fit inside? I would sand to rough up the inside of the transom and the mating surface of plastic.Sandwich epoxy between them and clamp them together.Put a black garbage bag down to catch any drips. It is my finding that epoxy does not adhere to Garbage bags.Wipe the excess epoxy out from inside as you don't need too add the weight. OK?

Got some measurements and pictures coming up..

From side to side, its 5 and 13/16in...
I have a picture coming up.. i drew a line across. Divided in half, went down to find center of the transom.
Then rose up 5mm to find the hole for the drive line. Any questions just ask.

That transom is rough isn't it.If it were me I would smooth it with sandpaper and then make my marks. You'll want to carry the center mark up for the rudder/strut bracket.

Ok. It is ruff. I will try smoothing it out. How off set should i use for my rudder? Also, what is the thing called where the rod goes through and mounts to the hull and can adjust the prop angle? Do you understand what im asking?

I would call it a strut or stinger. They bolt on the outside of the hull.A strut can adjust angle as well as up and down whereas a stinger is mounted to the hull solid and provides a pivot for you to adjust angle only.

Which is better? Stinger or the other and how can i adjust the rod if the rod is hard? Doesnt seem like it can bend.

Are you going to get the kit from Chris(I mean Fine Design)? You should wait to have parts in hand before drilling holes.

Do you mean a solid prop shaft?
The kit you showed has a strut.I'll go check it out

Ok, well the kit is 69 bucks i think. I can get a rudder for 8 bucks, how much is a stinger or the other one and what else does the kit come with? It seems i could save money by piecing it out.i might be wrong tho.
