    The veins are chemical reactions between paints and they happen to the best of us from time to time.For the rudder linkage perhaps someone has a rubber boot to throw at you.I do if no one else does.

                  Yup,there is nothing worse than a scratchy looking paint job.I would even go to 600 grit before the final paint.Have you done much with a spray bomb?

                    Not much spray paint at all.. hah ive painted my bmx bike, turned out ok... Paint the boat before... Bad... Paint my bb gun, good... Thats about all ive painted.. how can i paint the inside of the hull?

                      I did a spray paint job on this build thread, procedure is included, came out great. Secret is wet sanding in between coats-- and to start with a very light mist coat before going to heavier wet coats.

                        I have some tubing but now much. I dont really know all i need. I will probably be getting that rudder/strut unless told otherwise.. that comes with flex line, drive dog, tubing, and i dont know what else.. but almost everything to get it running.
