      That will work Mason.Its best to have the rudder on the right side of the transom on mono or v hulls,but u can always get the offset bracket later.You will also have alot of prop choices with the 3/16 shaft.

          Any colors you like!Since ur funds are limited,good ole Krylon enamel primer and paint is prob ur cheapest option

                Yes,that paint will work too. Just make sure its enamel and you prime first.

                        One can of each should do it. Silicone works well,but do the sealing after you paint because the paint will not stick to the silicone unless its a paint grade silicone

                          I would spray the primer then sand with the 400 grit.That should get rid of the scratches from the previous sanding.

                            Ok im glad i have yall helping. I would be so lost without you two. Hah. I have had problems in the past with the paint getting what looks like is veins. Once i get the paint i will ask for more help.. im still really glad you are donating parts. Very kind.
