Here's a vid of one of my "toy" conversions of the Syma from the same company as your Balaenoptera..........same size motor on 4s and a smallish prop.........could go larger. Its faster than it looks on that large lake..............

Yours is 23" compared to mine at 27"............and yours has a little more width so it should ride "up" a bit more................yours will be faster.

What do you mean ride up? And how fast would you expect this to go?

It'll sit up on the surface more. If you set it up right...............weight, balance/'COG, prop etc............ you should get 35 mph out of it. You'll actually reach the hull's limit before you run out of power.........
