    Hi skyman,
I run 4s2p 4000 mah on the 1515 with a m445 prop and it hits 55mph and runs good, no heat problems, and no I would not even think about 6 cells on this motor.

I made some changes to My MB that you's may find useful.First I tried a new prop,an ABC 1818 which has a diameter of 45mm and a pitch of 1.8 or 81mm.This vid also runs my now standard M645 which is 45mm and a pitch of 1.6 or 72mm.An M prop has the tongue removed.I also decided to raise the strut to 2.5mm above the ride pads in hopes of a little stability. It worked. But I think the boat is more fun to drive as it was. Here is the vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22rwn...=youtube_gdata

It was taken over the weekend roadtrip.

I got the Thunder Power batteries warmer than they have been. The ABC prop was pulling alot.I had the EagleTree on one battery and got 140 amps peak.Motor and ESC were fine though.I may have to watch my props now that it is warming up around here.If ambient temp is 10 degrees celsius warmer it will have a huge effect.I guess that is why alot of the guys from down south have had less than desireable comments on my prop choices.I can have winter props and summer props,I'm good with that.

Did you get the high flow fitting on your cooler and get that sealed OK?

                                I would start with a 445.
Are you getting a 1515.If so you will need a larger tail ring on that motor mount. You may also need my template for the CF rails on the motor mount.
You will only need a cheap UBEC as you will only run up to 5s,right(based on 1515)
As far as the servo mount goes, isn't there a nice wood one in there?Oh,and you will need a servo rod and rubber boot.
                                Do you have connectors?
