I would imagine a T-600 should move it nicely.Where did I just see a 35" mono with one just rippin'.Must've been on FC.I have a couple more outrunners coming. Not T-600,they are smaller.3434 Castles 1100 kv. 8s? 10s?mmm Now if only there was a 37" or so cat that handled as well as my Miss Behavin'.

And the turbine canopies are sealed so again,no water.
so no water can get in even it flips like it did in your last video? do you use that transparent tape to seal the canopy?

Sometimes I'll tape it too.If I try something that I expect a strange reaction to then I tape it.This way if the wipeout is violent the structure will be stronger.
But on a whole, all my boats can sit upside down all day. One of my other running mates is picking up on this.If your boat fills up with water after a spill it is very hard to retreive. Water is 10lbs a gallon. We almost lost two of his this past winter due to this. Man that water was cold.

i don't doubt it... so you're using a door seal under the canopy? interesting... is there a pic of it in the build thread? just curious to see how it looks

while i wait for the mg parts to trickle in (very slowly i might add), i thought i would share all the parts i have left to install on my other 2 cars (traxxas slash 4x4 & losi mini 8ight). just so you know what my other interests are.
i also own a blade 120sr that i am planning on upgrading in the near future with mostly aluminum parts & better motor
half of the mini8 parts are spare parts and the other half hop-ups. slash is all hop-ups

That is just about what I am using with thumb nuts with rubber washers.
I just need to strengthen all my hatches some day or this could be me.

Good on ya Lenny,it is best to keep the water out in the event of a spill. They do happen(especially upon setting up a boat).

tell me about it, but i got started on the slash yesterday. got the motor mount, motor plate, center driveshaft and battery holder installed :)
having low voltage cutoff (lvc) issues with 3S lipos. sent the esc in to traxxas and they sent me a brand new one and still having lvc. i called them back and they told me battery could be the issue. i use gens ace batteries btw. so i bought a new Onyx 5000mAh 3S battery pack from lhs yesterday and again same problem. i'm going to call them now to see what they suggest
