I guess one could call it handling instead of shipping.

I know the 48"Stealth mono that came Canada was a $100.00 for shipping to me,
But that was a private sale.
      ? ONLY IF THEY WORK

The hull is 50 inches and I will start with a 7016/3 prop and prop it up as I go.I have 5 lakes within a hour of me but generally run at lake Mendocino which is about 7 minutes from my house.

Jason - I think the time you have invested in it has paid handsomely and Im sure the speed would be breathtaking! Congrats and do give us updates on it as it progresses.

I had a great time in our home pond earlier - even on heavy chop I got to run my MG29 twice and my Ferrari speedmaster 4 times! Its rare that I get to consume all my batts in a day of boating, but this time I did ......... and even got to run my gas boat too!
Within the first few hours, all the boats that were running were gas boats - nobody dared (or probably was stupid enough - hahaha!) to run electrics except me!
There were 4 gas boats running at one time and you'll see a single, smaller electric boat joining the mayhem hahaha! It was only when I was down to my last 2 batteries when I enticed 2 other friends to run their electrics - and what a hoot it was! Heck, so what if our boats tumbled - we get to pay our retrievers anyway so I say make it worthwhile! hehe!

Oh, Im thinking of the F-41 Stryker Catamaran for my next gas boat - what do you guys think? It seems there are some ose members who have used this specific hull powered with electrics!

You should get a r42! The f41 is very nice but the r42 handles chop better. I had a f41 and liked it but was not very stable in heavy chop. IMHO.

Oh yeah, the AC R42 looks to be a great Cat - but its also a $400 hull! Plus shipping, it might be a $600 hull! hahahaha!

Both! One guy can design the hull and the other paint it and I will power it!!! That would be a wicked build!

Well, maybe the two of you should move here so you can go rc boating all year round! Hehehe! We don't have winter down here! Construction is booming so something to keep Shawn busy on weekdays and American brand vehicles are all over the place for Jason to fix! Hehehe!
