If the joysway offshore warrior mini deep vee is the favorite FE funboat of our little group, the AC Model Laser 45 is its gas counterpart. All gas owners here have a Laser 45. The boat runs faster in chop than in glass and is truly at home in rough waters.

Andy did suggest the Lazer to me.Maybe I can talk him into bringing one of them down as well as the Wave Blaster.

What's a wave blaster? Or are you pertaining to wave slave?
This is all I got for ac model boats:

Im quite confused with their mono hulls - the name on the left side doesnt seem to jive with the info on the right side.

My bad I did mean Wave Slave but upon further investigation it's the Magnum that I really like.Must've not been seeing correctly.

How much do you think will the shipping cost be for one of those 45" mono's to Manila? I'm looking at the rebel 45 also the Blast cat 40 & R-42 Cats! just wondering! More of dreaming actually! hehehe!

Its gonna be a killer - cheapest & longest wait time is probably $130 - $150. If you want it in about a week's time - $300 to $400. Thats just the shipping cost!

Well, maybe I overshot a bit, but I recall what our gas mentor mentioned when his Microburst gas boat hull arrived - about $130 shipping cost. Of course via FedEx, that'll probably hit $300 and upwards I presume. A 45" long, 13" wide hull would certainly be bigger once it is boxed - so shipping that halfway around the globe would be worth a pretty penny!

sheeting done - this will continue with fiberglass and bondo. Same process as the 37" Cat. Open canopy will be made after bondo of the hull.

I was checking out that 39 incher MMP Rapid over at Rocket City Racing earlier - hull is $190 and shipping is about $60 to Manila. If im not mistaken, Tagasagwan's 32" Cat costs $45 - $50 to ship.

I don't consider that too bad since my last FC order was a small box of stuff and $42.00
