interior 001.jpgThere is my 180 Macdon.I hung the caps off the wood rail toward the sponson and the plastic mount through the slot in the front towards the motor.I then used a dremel(you have a dremal, right) and carefully put a slot in the front bulkhead so that I could run a zip tie through to the original ESC location and around the 180 to hold it firmly in place.
Your MG that started off as a hull

I mounted it this way so that I can put a GPS in right behind the 180.Comment

Here's mine - since we took out the wooden partitions inside so we could reinforce the hull, everything else is adhered straight down to the reinforced fiberglass floor.
I could probably relocate the receiver for the upcoming T180. On my 2nd pic, the current T120 is positioned in front of the motor.Attached FilesComment

Stephen (Tagasagwan) came over today and brought his 3 boats to be reinforced with fiberglass next week. In the pic, you can see him removing his running hardware so my fiberglasser could add fiberglass to the inside part of the transom.
My Lazer45 gasser is being prepped for a top coat. I still couldnt capture the right color of the boat in the pics.Comment

Turbine Canopy Mold Done!
Here's the pics of the mold for the turbine canopy. The heat caused by the curing fiberglass melted the paint of the mockup - that is to be expected.
We will start making the first fiberglass product on Monday - first pulled will go to Jason!
I will show pics as we go along.Comment

I had thought about putting the 180 in front of the motor but I think I didn't like the way the wiring would be.I'm trying to keep all leads short since I measured the difference with my logger.I cleaned up 2 volts in the ripple current by shortening the wires.Oops,I forgot you had taken the plywood out.How many pages ago was that?We may be bypassing Scott's threads here.
That was in page 2, reply #51. Posted 11/14/11 - a month and 10 days ago.Comment

You're in California, right? We just talked to a boating friend of ours who suggested a very good courier company that services a good number of Filipino communities in California, so Stephen will look into that to explore your boat offer to him. Fingers crossed!Comment

The top boat is my Cyclone with a 35cc motor and the blue boat is a Thunderbolt with a inline twin 52cc motor in it. I have not finished the blue boat but the cyclone was my first gas build. That boat went upper 70's first time out. It kinda scared me at first. I have not ran a gasses for almost 1 1/2 years now....Miss Geico CC1515 2200kv T180 2S2S- Twin Genesis with 2 2700kv 2 T180's 4S2P- Stiletto with 2030kv T120 4S1P-DF33 4082 1600kv T180 6S2P- and lots of gassers!Comment
