Macdon do you still have the mold of my SM29 right? I'm thinking, well, just thinking of letting go of my beloved SM29 and maybe some other bnew stuff to raise funds so I can grab one of those beautiful gassers on Jason's fleet. I know you might react violently with this idea coz of the time and effort we put on this boat and the money I spent on it. but, before i really consider letting this go, I want to know if you can still make me a new hull in the future to replace mine? I'm still having 2nd thoughts though coz this is a well behaved boat. Got the sweet spot only on the 2nd run which is also its last run during our Christmas party! Haaaaaaaaaaaaay! Decisions! Decisions! Decisions! Hope I win the lottery so I don't have to let it go! I bought a ticket last dec 24th. Hehehe!

      Yup, yup!
But why settle with the old Speedmaster .21 look when we have a much nicer one-off look in the Bugatti Concept boat? Shawn also showed interest in the bugatti boat which we are discussing thru pm, so you might like to look into that as well.
If you however still insists on the speedmaster .21 hull - I could lend you my red painted SM29 or you could also buy it if you prefer.

I went to the custom decal place inside the mall earlier & had this done in vinyl. Geico and Zenoah decals for the gas boat i'll be doing and a pair of turbine marine vents for my own turbine canopy.
Im hoping they could do the caveman, cigarette boat logo and that "113" number for the front.

Are those "cut vinyl" or printed on decals.I ask because my Miss Behavin' ones are cut vinyl and the guy was easy to work with but if you wanted to have multi colours you would have to stack the vinyl(quit thick).I did talk to a sign maker/print shop but they had no vision and were very expensive.
Did you guys check out the jet boat vid?

Yup, just cut vinyl. But the other decals for my proposed Geico theme would have to wait till I get a quote for printed decals. They have a minimum, so since the design I picked is one-off - Im a bit worried of the quote I'll be getting. If it doesnt pan out, I would have to think of an alternative logo/design for it.

                Thanks Jerry.
Yup, I saw monojeff's work - excellent work!
I liked the hatches for the cats. The custom decal shop over here could also do those stuff - I'd probably design a set if I have a commercial cat hull. With the canopy im making, I could scribe the panel lines straight to the fiberglass mock-up, so that those who buy the turbine canopy wont have to bother with hatch/panel lines as they're integrated in the molds.
If I would mold a cat hull - I could probably scribe the details onto the mock-up before molding, so all details would be present on each product pulled. With commercially bought hulls - decals would be great to have more details.

I was planning on adding the turbine hole vents at the rear of the canopy before it gets molded, but the physical holes may interfere with those that still prefer adding magnets just like the original MG canopy. So for the turbine vents, it may be best to represent them in decal form.

Srilash I saw the jet vid. That's a lot of fun! My brother Neil converted one for a friend in 2007. He installed a turnigy 4400kv BL and a 30A ESC plus he installed brass bushings to the shafts so it wont melt the jet propulsion assembly due to the increase in RPM. we played with it in a slalom course like what they do in Australia and New Zealand with the 1/1 jet boats.

Jerry, I saw some of Monojeff's work and they are really nice. I like the decal wrap he did with the lightning effect.

Thanks Macdon for the pics. Jason wants to see the hull. Wish it didn't come factory drilled to give us choice of hardware! I also offered my SM29 to him. The SM29 would be a one off states side. Well, at least the only one with a unique canopy and a seamless hull E-Speedmaster! Hehehe

Nice decals my friend! You should have made a whole turbine marine logo while you're at it! The six circle and turbine marine inc. banner. hehehe!

Macdon is having it reinforced with extra layers of fiberglass on key points of the hull.

That's a good idea.I did my Shocker because if it blows over and hits the water backwards it'll put alot of pressure on the stingers.
Thanks for looking at the Jetboats. They are alot of fun.Alot of creeks and mountains around here.
