Great run Shawn! I visited your build thread - I thought it was 45" long like in your title as I was hoping to get tips for my 42" Osprey.
So it seems a 1717 will perform great on the 37" Cat - but im hoping to emulate that with a china motor and 6s. Maybe it may work too for my 42" - hopefully, maybe.

Prying the resin off from the whole Osprey boat was not so much of a challenge, unfortunately sanding the resin residue left by the resin itself was tedious and took 2 days away from my worker - bummer!
Well, it now looks 'white' and brand new. My plan is to return it first to stock before doing any mods.

Mardon, Make-a-Wake has a 1717 in a Promise Hobby 39" and it runs real nice.And you can leave the 1717 in the 37" to me.Hehe.

I would love to has a spare 1515! I am really thinking about buying Chuds df33 in the forsale section... Last thing I need is another boat in my garage!!! I need to sell some o my gassers!!!

I just picked up a new 1515(black can) and MM ESC for 160 and already sold the ESC for 50.I should get a Pursuit or something.I just like my 1515 so much I couldn't say no.
