How much would a frame kit be? Always wanted to build one.

I'm not sure of these names that include my name!!

I finally finished creating and cutting the prototype sheeting. Very time consuming process. Need to verify that everything fits properly.

Shooter, very nice ! one suggestion. If you havnt already, please Design the servo mount to be used left or right. I personally have found that I like my rudder on hydros to the inside of a turn...Darryl, lookn good brother... DJ

PS: the built in motor mount idea is "brilliant" .....

Had some hobby time today. Finished the bottom sheeting and rough sanded.

Took a profile shot. I think I captured that 'sinister nose drop' that I was shooting for. This thing is going to look mean.

I've noticed some stress in the frame that tends to close the upper gap of the motor mount. To solve this, I provided a 'dummy' motor mount plate to bolt in during the framing process. Here's another option that I'm leaning towards (removable section). I left the top radii in the cut.

                                Thanks guys.

I put a thin coat of West Systems on the inside and glassed pretty much every corner joint. Very time consuming and probably overkill, but I've done it with all my boats and they've been holding up well. I let this cure overnight and followed up with another coat of epoxy to create the fillets. Hopefully I'll get the deck on this weekend!
