I was thinking some sort of visor definition but I see you have that covered. A little sanding of the vest shoulder when hard will be in order but I would leave a line/seam there.
LOL, that was the first jacket as a test. I'll make a few more, better seam, clean up all edges and add straps or buckles where they should be. Going to run to a fabric or craft store to see if they have any material that I can use instead. I think I'm on the right path though.
The body & arms will be white, helmet and life jacket will be a safety orange and the visor will be black. Shooting for something like this picture.

I wanna see you get that airtime with it when done Ken... I know, I am an A$$
While I'm working on the drivers, and cockpit, and windshield, and sanding the hull for primer, I started on templates for painting and what I need to send to Callie graphics for decals. First pic is the Sculpey stuff I used for the life jackets, the one pictured is the first attempt and will not be used. The next few pics I created a template for the sides, used construction paper as the template. I think I'm spot on.
Looks great, I can see you have the standard "RC" workbench. Thick ply that you can drill on, solder on and not worry!!! I think almost all of us go to those after a while.
Was able to get some work done during the week which is unusual. Mock up of the windshield from basswood. Now that I have the general shape, will start to cut it from black Acrylic.
