This is first run on 9s, sorry about the video. When I hit record it was vertical then in the mount it was horizontal. Will not do that again. Yes it's not set up well, need to play with cg and trim. But not too bad for first runs. At the very end I hit something that made me lose a stinger.Comment

Well got parts coming tomorrow or sat. Hopefully I'll be back on the water this weekend. We got a lot of rain so it might be sketchy running this weekend. When heavy rains the next couple days usually has some debris floating down river.Comment

Yea, that was the first few runs. Stingers were neutral and cg was at 33%. I have to make a few adjustments. Stingers up some or weight move. But that was with stick props. Fast set up will be using props with minimal lift. I just wanted to get some video of her running. That was basically the maden runs.Comment

Where are you measuring your cog from? Mine is 38% measured from the prop. 80 mph so far on 6S and struts neutralComment

Measuring from end of ride pad forward. I'm estimating that for saw runs it might be up near 40% maby more.Comment

Hey, haven't herd from you in a while, haws the Komodo doin? And still thinking about that other one- still sleeping below the waves? Yea, I don't know what exactly happened, I think I hit something and possibly broke a blade (I did hear a pop, but that could have been the stinger) and maybe got extremely out of balance resulting in the stinger breaking then coming completely off. I think I saw it on the bottom. Had clear water when I was looking at about five feet but then lots of rain and pretty sure it will be covered over or lost by now. I really wanted to bring that stinger up for inspection as its got my curiosity. Hopefully tomorrow parts come in and she hits the water again. Going to move some weight around and or change angles some. But not bad for starting points.Comment

Yup,she's still sleeping.I had one day out with a fish finder,lots of fish found but no black obvious hulls. May need some practice with it. May have to move on on that one. Can't decide whether to do another Shocker or scoop one of these Fantasm's. Needs to be CF as a replacement though.
Guess you got your parts today so look forward to seeing her back in the water.
