Sweet! Do you mind if I use it on our club's website we're working on? Nice shots!
Sailr I would be honored for you to use them! If you want the full sized or a specific size pm me your e-mail and I will send them to you. I have tons of other shots of boats too that i can go through and pick the best for you..

Camel, You are gonna pay for that. You sit on the vids until AFTER I sell and then make me sad I am selling. Those shots are great, notice in the vid 21 seconds.... whoever was driving almost hit that bird.... Lucky bird, eh?
Yes I need packing material, I have a HUGE box and lots of room to fill with styrofoam so when the elephant sits on it, Robert gets an intact screamer of a boat.
Bad news first, looks like all shippers closed at noon. Sorry about that, I had a meeting all morning and didn't figure they would be shutting down in the afternoon.
Good news: I have thrown in the boat stand and an extra cable for you. It looks like USPS might be around $40, but that was the online calculator... UPS quoted me $90... FedEx ground quoted me $100. The boat is super packed and towering in the garage - looks like it will have to wait until Monday, I am sorry about that. I am suspicious of the USPS cause the calculator didn't ask for dimensions...
Here they are in case you are able to find something better than me:
44" x 16" x 16" and no more than 8lbs. insured for $650.
This will go out first thing Monday, and get there hopefully in time to show Doby who the boss is next weekend .....
what city and zip in Canada is it going to? I'll check some quotes for you.

Got your boat off today, USPS was the way to go. Shipping was $48.70 so I will refund you $20 to your paypal. I can email you scans of the receipts so you have the tracking number and proof of insurance. They said you should be able to track it, but it may take a little bit to get into the system. Delivery time was estimated at 6-10 days, hope its less. I put the details of cost on the customs form so you should not have any problems if you should need to file the insurance claim.
You are going to LOVE this boat. I am sad to see her leave as is the rest of the fleet!
I know, I felt bad that it was sitting there all boxed up and Robert was sitting up there and three days had to pass like that. Anyway, you guys will be having fun very soon.
refund sent.

I am amazed! What USPS service did you use? Priority mail gets rediculously high if you go over 1 cubic foot. I have found that if USPS priority is $40, FedEx Ground will be less than $20. Glad you found the best method.

Final weight was 12 lb 7oz. Insured for $650 - max was $675. Total linear dimensions were 108" the max for this service. The gal said they don't do ground anymore.
actually when I called up FedEx and asked they said ground would be just over $100... probably more with 12 lbs instead of 8.
Aha! That explains it. "International" doesn't impose the same 1 cubic foot limit before the charges go ballistic. I don't know why USPS needs to rip us off for shipping within the 50 states! Really weird about that charge from Fedex. I have shipped HUGE and heavier boxes with FedEx ground to Canada for less than 1/2 that. Guess you can never second guess the shippers, right!
