SOLD TO ROBERT:
1 Delta Force (authentic) 33.5" mono with hull, hardware, motor, ESC, rudder servo, and 4 props ALL for $675 (Paypal, shipped and insured w/in Cont US). Just add radio and batteries and you are racing.
Hull and hardware: bought here about a month ago from Adam Dreher. Since purchase, I have added 3" speed master strut and extended rudder back to match distance. I have replaced cable with brand new Jeff Wholt 0.15" cable with 3.16" stubb. I replaced the motor mount with the same kind that has an ESC plate on top for added convenience and coolness. I added all new cooling tubes. I have run this maybe a dozen times and added a few cosmetic features (a couple scratches to the bow and a chip under the stinger), which I have sealed with 30 minute Epoxy and sanded smooth. I had a misfortunate meltdown with a CC 120 which only left the inside of the hatch slightly discolored, but no odor remained in the boat. Beyond this, the is ABSOLUTELY structurally perfect. No stress cracks or other unmentioned scratches/dings. The back of the hull came to me scuffed with probably 400 gr sandpaper.
Motor: I put a Neu 1521 1.5D (1900 KV) motor I also bought here with cooling jacket. It runs super cool (<140 F even after 2-3 minutes full throttle). Absolutely no play in the shaft, in top shape.
ESC: This is a Hydra 240 with a little over a dozen runs. I bought this from a friend who bought it new and ran it 5 times. It has 5.5 mm bullets and has never gotten over 140F.
Props: It has an Octura X447/3 blade, very nicely balanced, sharpened and thinned, and I am including an X450 b/s/thinned, a raw aluminum X448 and a CF 448.
Performance: On 4S2P and the x448 prop, this will run in the mid to upper 40s (all speeds from Garmin GPS). On the same prop and 5S she ran lower to mid 50s - I only ran it for a minute on this set up on the ETTI 150 - thus the Hydra 240. The fastest I have had this was 57mph on X445 and 5S2P and she was super stable. From what I have seen, this hull can easily handle low 60s on a calm day. I will try to get some action shots and video posted - Camel? can you help me out on this?
I have documented all the features of this boat and stand behind all I have stated, therefore expect no surprises - other than how big of a smile you will have when you are driving this! Here is a great race set up and is just too much boat for me right now.
I will post lots of pics so buyer knows exactly what is being delivered.
Thanks for looking.
Note, please use thread for questions, offers etc. This will make everybody happier. If you must PM me, please post "PM sent" in the thread to time stamp it. This way EVERYBODY knows who posted when.
