I asked because I got a deal on those motors. Well at least I think it is. Don't wanna fudge anything up. I won't put them in because I still need to sort out the boat as is before messing with swapping motors. Just wanna have an idea as to how much of an "upgrade" they are from the stock motors.

I'm finally going to get a chance to go to the lake tomorrow and open it up with the 1814 3 blade props that I have on it. At 2100 watts each motor, I may try some 1914 3 blades and see if I can blow up the ESCs. lol
Do they run cooler than the stock motors under the same load?

Waiting on the other 1916r so cant work those yet. Will be playing with struts and cg with all. Taking the paddleboat this time for rescue. Hoping to come back with 90+ and motors and ESCs that still work.
I ran a set of 1915 with the strut all the way down and the boat would not stay down. It would do a back flip at like 30mph lol

The most aggressive abc props I've run that mine will stay down with is the 1814-17-15's. I have the struts with as much negative as I can put. I may slot the holes in the strut a touch more so I can try some other things. Do note these aren't good sport props. They will heat stuff up.

Good info, I will also be taking the 1615s and 1715s. Still have my x442s and x-m447s and multiple CNC props. I have not flipped the boat since all the mods and hope to keep it that way but. Wise man once said " if you aren't flipping it, you aren't tuning it" sooo. Good luck to all and I will come back with some sort of info good or bad.

Ran mine today and I think I hit a Big Carp or Bass who was trying to eat it.... What size are the plastic tear bolts/nuts on the rudder and where do you get them?!?

Ive been through 3 so far. Hit something once, the other two not sure. Gotta think it wont take much at speed. Im sure a blade or two of grass will have a ton of drag at 70.

If I were to use the Leopards 4082 in the Zelos, would I need to upgrade the ESC to 180?
