Proboat does not sell the stock liners separate from the flex cables. I recall one of the European members here searching for an identical size replacement and he found something, but I can't find that post. If your replacement fits too loosely in brass stuffing tube, you can shim it with a small lengths of brass tube one size smaller that what's installed in the hull already. I've also wrapped liners with teflon plumbers tape to get a tighter fit.

The Zelos is finally back in one piece. It's been on and off the work bench all winter. I tore it down at the end of last season to reinforce the hull around the seams at the rear of the boat. Since the hull was basically bare after the inlay work, I kept going. I filled the rudder stand-off with epoxy and chopped carbon and installed blind nuts for the rudder mount. Two deck stringers up front made from carbon plate. New push and twist hatch locks. New Dynamite Fuze motors (rebranded Castle 1515) and MBP wire drive collets. I had to grind the motor mounts to create a little clearance because the new collets are so huge. Two new Turnigy 180A ESC's w/ Castle 6.5mm connectors and a custom carbon power switch mount. I re-ran all wiring and cooling lines and zip-tied all suspect hose barb fittings. I also filed a little more angle into the leading edges of the water pick-ups underneath.

I had plans to blueprint the rear two ride pads, but I need to be done with this boat and finish up all of my other projects first. I may put at least a layer or two of fiberglass cloth on the underside of the hatch since that doesn't require a complete dismantle to accomplish. Between crappy weather, family, and a lingering injury, there's been no time to to run any boats this year. Maybe tomorrow...

Looks good. Are the wires from all 4 of your battery wires going to reach from the under the front deck? Because you have the ESC wired for series already eliminating the extra length you can would normally get from the separate series adapters.

Very nice work! Wouldn’t it be awesome if someone made a carbon center plate for the batteries and servo?

Not aware of this, I know he used the pro boat 1650kv motors for his record setup

You mean his old Record. Dino's boat built by Chris got 95.9mph with TP powerplants. The Dynamite part number for the motors Rafael ran 93mph with was DYNS1630 and they are 2200kv. Below is a link to them.
The Dynamite Fuze 1/8 Brushless Motor is a direct replacement for the Losi LST XXL2-E Monster Truck, but is also a great sensorless option for vehicles... DYNS1630

                          Confused about ABC 1715 props.

Hi Guys I have being testing my new ABC 1715 props but boat keep flipping over around 90 Km/h. Before I run whit CNC 45 mm 1,4 picth. And the boat run 115 Km/h whit struts set at 2 mm. And it ran solid whit no flips. 1,st test whit ABC I set struts at 2 mm but it keep flipping over. Then I put struts down to 0 mm it still keep flipping over around 90 km/t.
The last test I did the boat flip really bad and hit the bottom of the lake in the low section and destroy the hull.

Do you guys think it can be repaired I dont have much experience whit fiber work a new hull Is out of stock in EU and will not stock before 26-07-2018. And US shipping is not and option because hull is to big.

If I remember rightly when some of the ABC props were used on some cats they gave less lift @ the rear allowing the bow to rise & blow over.

Im not sure what you mean. so far I lean that there are no lift or high lift props. But only adjustment options I have Is struts angle and batteri placement . So far nothing helps.
