I love the cornering! pretty agressive! That thing ROARS man! What prop is that?

Seems like is taking a little to get on plane... Shaft is nice and centered! So... how many volts on vid??

Hey, i am glad you like it. I like taking corners rough with it, makes huuuge rooster tails.
Prop is Octura M440 balanced and sharpened from OSE.
I have this prop sitting pretty high.
No load pack voltage is 23.1V
            Open throttle voltage about 18 - 19V
            Amps should be around 80 - 100A

I need to get Eagle V3 150A version to get exact values.

Got any new videos of your MV?

            Timing on ESC is "Normal".

NICE! Dude Im telling you if you move your CG just a bit and lower depth on strut that thing will jump out of the water on take of! The way it takes off reminds me of mine when I was testing! If its doing that speed the way you have it, im sure you can make it run 50 to 55mph easily! I had mine running 63mph+ on 6s after I messed with the settings a bit! Im gonna make a vid tomorrow and share it since you shared yours with mine! nothing fancy... just running it like your vid!

I got some more parts coming for this boat. I got waterproof clear enclosure for all boat's electronics. I want to put ESC, radio, BEC and data logger with GPS expander into one plastic waterproof box. This way the boat will be a lot neater inside. I also got some 16 gauge 99.9% pure copper sheet for battery interconnects. Right now i am using not so pure copper intended for crafts. So the interconnects get hot at 80+ amps and cause slight voltage drop. I also got 16 more A123systems cells coming this week for another pack.

I got 2 hours worth of video footage of building this boat. I'll edit it down and upload to youtube sometime.

I Also Did A Vegas Conversion To Electric. I Didn't Run Near That Fast Tho. All I Did Was Swap Out The Sv27 Components. It Did Run 34 Mph. I'd Say You Are Easily Into The 40's. I'm Working On Getting A 10xl And Running A 240hv Hydra. I Know There's Better Hulls I Just Want To See What I Can Do With This Mv. Looks Like She Handles Pretty Sweet. A Little Loose Is What I Like....
                  * BBY Lift Master RIgger * Insane Gen 2 Cat * Aeromarine Avenger Pro Twin * Delta Force Cyber Storm * Delta Force 41" Mono * H&M Viper II * H&M Intruder * OSE Raider Hydro * Whiplash 20 * Brushless Mini Rio *

ok AntronX! I made a simple special vid to share! Since you posted one of yours! I ran the boat today and made this video! The water was too flat, no wind and I didnt have time to charge my batts! I had to do it in between thunderstorms! lol!

Anyways... Its downloading on youtube so I'll post the link after it finishes!

On this video the boat got to 41.3mph! not my fastest time! But when compared to your video it looks very similar on speed... so it should give you an idea on how yours is running! I do think your run is at least 43mph!

                        Not bad at all!

Hey Genettico, how did you enable high quality video option on your youtube MV video from july 10, 2008? What kind of video file do you use to upload to youtube? What editing program? High quality video option is impressive! Cool music, but i wish i could hear that motor roar!

I record on the highest resolution on my cam and then convert the file to AVI format before posting on youtube! they are large files and takes forever to upload but is better quality!

The video uploading has no music! You will hear the motor! I tried to copy some parts of your video so we can refer to them later and the differences on setups pitch ect!
