About how much faster is TP vs LEOPARD motors?

no I have the 4050 series from tppowewer it is a 3Y that is 2220kv and I will be about 10 mph fast than if I was to use a leopard motor of the same size and KV. It maybe more than that leopard doesn't have a motor that will run 6s of this size and kv that I know of.

If your going to the 4060 series then look at the 5D wind that is 2040kv. 6s is no problem with this motor. Big power!

yes the kv is how many times it turns with a rated amount of voltage. Google it to learn more.

A lot of people recommend the TP4050 over the TP4060. They say they handle the higher rpms better. A lot of people have gotten good results running the 4050 2350kv on 5s and 6s for Saw runs.

bracka69 has it right. I like the 4050 3Y 2220kv and will be running 6s.

The zonda you have will need to have some work done to handle that kind of power. Triple digits is no joke and with destroy your boat if not built right or driven properly.
