Thanks! I love it.
I haven't made much progress lately. The painting wore me out. I've got to paint the other kbb34 I'm building and I don't think the paint him I'm using is really up to the task. I'm gonna pick up a better one in the next few days so the next one will be easier. I used a harbor freight touch up gun. I thought it was the little hvlp gun they sell but it's not. That's the one I'm going to go pick up, I've read nothing but good about it. I started weight training again so I've been going inside a lot earlier and that's cutting into my build time, so things are going a little slower. I did get most of the Esc wired up, cap bank done and the battery straps and Velcro for the batteries and Esc done. I'm hoping to maiden it this weekend.
Here's the cap bank. Decided to try something different.

Btw, your post reminded me to call and check on them. I actually have a custom wound 1521 being done for my Rivercat too. The stator for the Rivercat came in but the 1527 isn't there yet. Your not still sleeping with it are you? Lol. I honestly thought about bringing mine to bed the other night after I painted it but I think the wife would get extremely jealous.....because she just looks that good! I almost posted how I did the Esc wiring (which took me almost three evenings!) to clean it up and make the Esc installation a lot cleaner. I've been doing all my escs the same way so I can swap them easily. Same connectors, pig tail with same connector for the bec, etc. I want to be able to swap escs quickly because I have a few different escs to try in it.32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) wasComment

Nice build you have. The wiring/cap bank looks very nice. Those big gauge wires can be tough when joining things together, at least for me, lol. Do you run a spark arrester. Is the SF esc similar to the mgm you have. Im looking to get an esc and was leaning towards one of these to use and wondered if you had any preference between the 2.I almost posted how I did the Esc wiring (which took me almost three evenings!) to clean it up and make the Esc installation a lot cleaner.
