One pack terminated charging cause one cell was at 4.01 while the rest are at 4.15

I know how frustrated you are now, been waiting for the ice to go away, and now this...
take a deep breath, it will get better from this point on, man, you are so experienced, and it is a great build, everyone loves your boat!
I don't know the story about the batteries, but Paul's advice is excellent as always. If you don't want to charge individual cells, then lower the other ones by balancing them, I have been there, it took days to balance them, it eventually took the charge.
I do share your frustration with the batteries, sometimes I want to get into gas boats, lol.....
Too many boats, not enough time...

It seems the more I know, the worse things get.
When I had no idea what I was doing and using cheap glues n stuff, everything was awesome.
This thing got full throttle and flipped , and servo broke loose. I've never had that happen before
It was sad.
At this point I just don't know if I have the patience for it. Sorry to say but it's true.
I have some serious thinking to do, as I've been wanting to get into mountain biking.
Selling it could find a nice bike, and I could get in shape.

I should mention I used zpoxy when I installed the servo mount only.
I will reglue with the west system.

Somebody will get a nice ass boat if I sell, but I want to make sure that servo is in there good first. The boat did run nicely for the minute I ran it.
Tons of power.
It's heavy with those packs, and it was like nothing was in it. Pull the trigger and whoa!!!!

Sorry to here this bro ! Whatever Rumdog used in the Rico 31 was week too it looks like that stuff you fancy CF boat builders use and the motor mount popped right out when I pulled on it. I'm re doing it . Sorry the build went backwards so quick maybe just rest on it and use some JB and puty
it's hard to see a boat break that easy after all that work !

Totally man.
The motor mount didn't move thankfully.
I'm pretty sure the servo came loose due to zpoxy, but I dunno anymore lol
I'll make sure the servo stays in place this time

Zpoxy epoxy or finishing resin? I found the 30-minute epoxy rather weak, but the finishing resin holds pretty good.
