There ya go, I've had a new pack do that to me one time. I cycled it 3 or 4 times before it came around.

I guess my first effort was just too much pressure.
The boat wasn't ready and the packs needed time. I felt rushed to get it going so I could meet up with all the guys and run.
Kinda put me off ya know?
Now that I've had time to tinker, it's much less stressful

So I grabbed these to toss on the boat.
Hefei cap bank (no idea how I'll solder it on)
And an x445 ( looks tiny compared to the 448 )
Lol

Luck mark where you want the cap bank and take a razor and lightly go around the wire in two spots an 1/8" apart. Then cut a short slit in the 1/8" ring on insulation in between the cuts. Peel it off the wire. Repeat for other wire. Then tin that section with solder. Solder in cap bank and heat shrink over it. Of course you know but positive to posite and negative to negative. Can can extent it if you need too with two pieces of short ten ga wire.32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) wasComment

Update:
Last night I soldered on the new hefei cap bank and b/s the x445.
Then I balance charged the glacier packs, which balanced out in less than 15 min each, so those are good now.
This morning I headed to the lake and tossed her on the water.
Pulled the trigger, and oh what a difference.
I adjusted the trim tabs down a bit this morning, and the boat ran smooth and fast.
I hammered the throttle for several large loops around the lake and the boat ate the2" chop out there for breakfast.
Turns on a dime at full throttle. Glorious
Brought her in and opened up to feel temps.
The motor doesn't even know it ran, the batteries, hardly warm, as well as the esc and caps were all very low temps.
So the boat is finally good to go :Yesway: \m/

Good deal man, glad to hear it! But I'm with Joel, no video? Maybe it didn't happen? That's kinda like if a tree falls in the forest and no ones around, does it make a noise?Comment
