Guess I should look at the positives.
Boat ran ok. No cooling leaks, esc and motor played well together, radio reception was good, and no smoke.
    Batteries just s hiccup.

      1) in my opinion zpoxy is poo
      2) west systems is great stuff but not needed for a servo mount. Let me give you some pointers I'm this....

Jb weld is the strongest I've found especially if you are joining aluminum to carbon. You must scuff it up really good with 60 grit or rougher. Try 180 or higher and it's not gonna stick near as well.

Jb quick comes in second. I don't use it for motor mounts because it sets too quick. It works very well for servo mounts (several of my boats have this holding their servos in right now) . It also works well for Esc mounts and any other stuff that you can set up in less than 4 minutes.

General purpose 5 minute epoxy (permatex) from Wal Mart works well for Esc mounts. I usually dye it black with Marine epoxy dye.

West systems works well for inlays and you could use it for servo mounts as long as they are carbon.

You've seen how fast my stuff goes. You've seen me flip many times. I have not had one thing detach. I'm telling you everything I use...... That's the facts.

        Thanks for the tips Travis.
I have built many boats and never has this happened to me before.
This time I'll sand better before I glue.

I don't want you to think I'm coming off as I know everything by any means. I've just put my stuff through some high speed tumbles and I've found cheap and easy stuff to get the job done. Do know that you need a heat gun on low heat to heat the in wrld to make it flow. O and sanding it makes a huge difference. Lol

Oh dude I didn't take it that way at all.
I was just saying this was a first for me.
My previous builds have been Rock solid so I'm not 100% sure what I did wrong this time around.
I appreciate your input and hope you don't think I was taking it wrong. My apology if I made it sound that way man.
            Cheers!

You didn't at all. I just went back and read it and thought that someone else might think that. What I'm doing is trying to help you any way I can. Btw.... I did a video for you today. Go check out my kbb34 thread. I don't want to jack your thread with my stuff

                Run 2 today.

Overall it was a success. Nothing broken this time out.
Boat is fast. Gotta be upwards of 60.
I did a few laps and brought it back in.
The motor was barely warm as were the batteries.
The esc caps were pretty hot.
Either the boat us running too wet, the prop is too big, or the esc is too small.
I thing a 445 and 447 are on my list of orders.
                I'm happy tho, finally.
One pack charged up fine, the other still had the 5th cell low, but I charged it up best I could and went for it.
Hopefully after a few cycles it works itself in.

I'll grab some clear tape at dicks lol
I had the electrical on hand so I used it. The first outting sucked. It took on a lot of water due to no tape.
This time was so nice ....

I have a bunch of hatch bolts and the threaded clips if you want some . With the right sticky back weather stripping you might not need tape with your boat anymore , depends on your hatch strength when you tighten the bolts down if your comfortable it's sealing. Just let me know anytime I can get thoughts to you.

I used thumb screws and I did use the foam sticky tape from kbb.
I think it leaked because I used 1 thumb screw up from, so the front corners aren't held down well. I may change that and put two up front in the corners. We will see

I've just left the questionable pack on the charger for the last two hours and finally it seems I'm getting somewhere. That 5th cell is now up there with the rest
