Still the sausage boat but I don't have the plans and only a portion of the graphics. So frustrating this build. One winter I built 5 wood boats. 3 from scratch where I had to cut every piece to fit myself. Took less time than this thing is going to.Noisy personComment

It's just ply. You guys may notice black residue all over the place. I used some carbon powder mixed into the epoxy at the deck line. Just at the outside sponson edges. When you sand that it gets everywhere.
Ray, the Redwing whip that had wings and almost no transom was 1/32 ply. With the exception of its ride pads. Then I doubled up at the shaft penetration. At least I think I did. That was 2009 or so.Noisy personComment
