So anybody else hate skinning sponsons? It's my least favorite thing to do in all of FE.

yes terry-but for a differant reason-you should try it using only one hand-that's my problem now, can't use r/hand because of the stroke i had dec.29--all numb and can't tell how hard i am holding onto anything. rehab started, doc sayes 3 to 6 months if everything goes right. ps-i'm the guy on the left.

Mike, not for the ride surfaces they don't. Compound curves in two directions. I tack with CA. Think dots and kicker. Then saturate with slow cure.

John, that totally sucks man. How are you doing otherwise? The noggin still working right?

I don't mind skinning ever since I started pre-bending with the heat gun. I still hate putting the deck on though.

Hang in there, John. At least the weather is $hit while you are recovering.

I bought a 10th scale seat back. Doesn't fit in the opening. So I checked my driver. He doesn't fit either. Little frustrating.

The 1/10 driver I bought is waaayyy off scale. Way to big for the 10 scale shovel nose and also for my trail truck that should also be 10th scale. The 1/12 driver that Steve sells has a good look to it in the shovel.

The driver was this one http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...=ch-110-driver He's too big.

The seat's an easy fix though. Just annoyed that I need to change it. It's the one from Warehouse Hobby.

Canopy out of scale, driver out of scale, seat back out of scale. ugh. More time. More time. More time. Parts to invents and fabricate. More time more time.

Somebody said these were fun. Better be really really.

Seat!! Make the driver stand. Besides you got the full seat but it will be so exciting that he will only need the edge !!! LOL
Caution: Does not play well with others!
