I might just have you send me 3 or 4 tubes, I had a friend that worked at Honda that used to get it for me but he's not there anymore and I've only got one tube left.

the caps wont die at that temp
I have 6 boats that are raced in Namba20 and my cap temps on a couple boats hover around 160*
and I've seen them as high as 240* on another members boat... still kept going strong

Very good info, thanks. I thought for sure they don't like those temps ! My last mono had the neu 1515 2200kv with the hydra 240 and the caps ran those temps, they eventually started leaking, but never as high as 220F maybe 180 at the most. I'm not going to be so concerned now. The new boat caps don't even get close to 140. Thanks

Sorry it took so long to get back with you on this matter :) I have slowed my jumping skills a little but have been know to go big like that back in the day too lol I'm more of a off road guy now and really enjoying it !

I dug these up, there about 20 years old Both 4th gear flat land on a 93' RM250 . Both pics taken in Bakersfield where I still live. Back when the metal mulisha graduated kindergarten . I did 140 footer out at pismo beach , that was the last time I road there.

lol i love it.... i miss those days but i dont miss the medical bills from wading up lol. theres nothing like the adrenaline rush you get from going big nothing. my first real bike was a rm125 and the second was a 03 cr250 when they first came out with aluminum frames. good times. This hobby is much safer as long as you dodge your boat when it takes off lol

Ok you youngins I was racing Moto-X when Bob "Hurricane" Hannah was still racing. My first real bike was a "76" YZ 125c first year Monoshock then a YZ465. At 50yrs old I'm ridin' 4 wheelers now I've got a Yamaha Raptor 700R set up for Cross country, it's makin' 72hp to the rear wheels on the dyno. I still need a little more thrill than RC boats.DSC01100.jpg

man chris thats a nice quad. i liked the old honda 250r quads that they use to make before banshees came out they were nice. bob hannaha days lol back when they were all air cooled with like 4" of travel for suspension. ive seen some of those races i dont know how they did what they did with what they were working with lol. it was like a bmx bike with a lawnmower engine on it lol.
