That's what I said before, around 40 mph mark. Looks good except the bounching, did you move your batts. up a little to see if that helps?Comment

I think you need a bigger pond now.
Looks to be running a little better and a lot nicer vid to.
I tried for kicks and giggles the new x455/3 on mine,
And with no changes to the setup and on 5s I only gained 4 mph with it and all was cool.
But I still like the x447/3 the best so far.Comment

That must have been fun to do,
It does look like it's getting a little squirrely at the top end.Comment

I was waiting for you to say that,
That is what I did with mine when it was riding a little to loose for my liking.Comment

Yes, No.
So you read that about this prop I used,http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...Props-for-sale
No problem with prop hitting rudder because ending blades of prop are even with back of rudder blade.
Not sure how cold the water was that day I tested this x455/3,
But it was a few weeks ago and a little windy at 20mph and temp outside was low 40f.
I will need to test it again in warmer waters soon I hope.Comment

I'm no expert obviously, but I have to say the second pass was where you got your 41 mph reading from. I'd try to move your batts. a little bit forward. I found the sweet spot 1.5 to 2. inches forward from where they were originally places and I really like how smooth she cuts through the water. Give it a try and see how you like it, if not, reset them back and tune the trim tabs
This info is just my 2 cents worth of experiance.Comment
