      Hey Wayne,

Very nice driving for a blind Optometrists.

Love to see the face on that duck when the boat almost tried matted with.

Also very cool imitation of Captain Nemo's Submarine.

And do you have any boat engravings on that wall you head for a lot ?

      Very entertaining stuff.

Where is cg?, it looks like its mostly up towards the front. You might try to load more of the rear of the boat cause you have twice the lifting and its going up on the nose pf the hull then cavitating and pissed off. I have been driving my dragboat for many years and have not gone full throttle yet. When uou get it going FT, it will be an awsome sight. Keep it ip, this build cool.

            Will stay longer next time.
Consumed ~25% from packs only !

Many more things to try in this setup.
            - clustered Inward rotation props may raise rear, lower nose.. could help reduce blow overs.
            - CG movement, sure.
            - The 'Submarine" moment run 2/3 ..struts unchanged from build bench.. raised nose off water... were lowered 1/4" before run 3/3
( pause the video, move slide to start, and then -> through the frames to watch it lift and dive ! )

            - No ducks were harmed in production these clips ! .. the little bastards dive for their supper.. and some pop up in the wake !... dumb They soon cleared out !

Spritely bugger ...hard to believe it weighs rtr 7.9Kg / 17.4lb ! !!

I WANNA OPEN HER UP WOT !!

I thought you would enjoy this. small block in my 1/5 scale JK That I built last year. It has a brushless motor and HPI gear reduction inside the motor!

Here are a few setup test runs for options .

                          Inwards rotating props................CRAP !

Inwards rotation props, NO TURNFIN ........... CRAP

Outwards rotation props, NO TURNFIN !

going to run outwards rotation props.. a much better result.
                          more in 24hrs !
                          W

Running x457s there is 21mm(3/4") between blade tips.
I assume the inwards rotation props compress more water in between props, and raise rear.. hop hop hop as it releases that extra water.
As outward rotation this was far less prevalent.

If this does launch, the airport is a mile behind me ..
