man thats an awfully big hull for that single motor... I was looking at one of these hulls on ebay last week and was curios if it had enough transom behind the sponsons for a twin drive ? I found a set of these on FC site and wondered if they would fit.

I do not want to sound like an arrogant prick, but I can forecast 10s will over rev and overheat your motor.

I did that myself reciently, I ran a 10s setup with x450/3 prop and let the smoke out of the motor.

Plett 370 HP/50BM A1s rated at 4.4 KW, it cost me $585 USD to replace the motor.

Thank GOD I had a 40-160 ESC it works fine.

A little large on the props don't u think especially to start out I have the same exact setup in a df-41 run it on 8s most of the time and sometimes 10s and after seeing data logging results with a x560 on 8s there is not to much more safe room for sport boating you want to run gasser props on a Fe setup I would just think that over I could never see putting my s275 on my Leo 5698 u can do what u wish but it sucks to smoke something on maiden run i hate to burst ur bubble but u will see nowhere near 80 with this setup Fe calc does not take in consideration your hull size and many other important factors look at your thread from the beginning and really read what everyone is telling you and take their advise wisely I am not saying all this to be a dick it's that I would hate to see this turn out bad for you after you did a such a nice job with this conversion good luck and interested in seeing the results
                            Thanks

So did you run it over the weekend and get videos? I'm curious to see how a 55" cat performed with this motor.
