Rudder looks cool.I would think you would want to smooth it around the water intakes. So as to not get air in the system.JMO

Hey when you prepped your hull for clear did you get every little inside corner sanded down? Or can you get by with the clear adhering well to areas like inside corners? I'm talking like 1/8-1/16 or less that is pretty hard-at least for me, to sand?

Thanks, actually it's pretty smooth it just looks like it has depth. I might polish it again and do over, the swirl marks got better after the felt got worn in.

Awesome work on the hatch! All the window screws reminds me of my rock crawling days doing up 128 beadlock screws lol. Looks killer

Seam on port side was a pain, other side is smooth. The areas behind transom, where the stingers mount-wow that's hard area to sand down. Looks like there is a generous amount of resen on that seam so lots of smoothing to do. I want to put decals under the clear so this might take some time to paint. I just got that testors decal maker, have to figure it out. I would like to make up some hatch decals, fuel caps, escape hatch decals, ect....

Thats cool.I have yet to find an accomadating vinyl person.I have a set of three pages of sponsors and numbers to do up. I managed to get my decals fairly smooth and they cover the couple places that I went through the CF.My seams were ugly IMO.If I ever get another CF hull I'll ask a bit of info.So what clear are you to use?

i made some nuts for the hatch screws, had to hang the boat upside down to get the epoxy onto them. never knew pot rack would help so much lol....

i know the knurled bolts are going to be an eye sore on the looks but its necessary . im working on a seal under the hatch. not sure about that, im leaving just enough room next to the bolts to get some tape on. would love to run without tapeing the hatch but i just dont feel secure enough to.

im running the spectrum marine reciever so i installed two tubes. i know the signal cant go through cf too well. later im going to play around with the telemetry rx to get some real time temp, but ill keep teh extra tube there.

Say, hear is something to think about - how long will it take you to get into that hatch with all those bolts ? Trust me If you have electronics on fire in the hull you want to be able to get in there fast. I would think 4 of them would do... just sayin
