Very nice Ben.. Im really diggen that hardware. Whats the height of the rudder? Id like to see if I can get just the hardware for my 52" gas cat as Im not liking the Bonzi rudder blade thats on it.Comment

Thanks, it's 130 x 170 approximately. Sent you a PM with his email address.
The hardware is nice, there's a soft metal break away screw on the rudder too.
The mount has bushings and there's a set screw on the keeper pin.
Still can't get the top open. Something's not right. I just put it on the scale at 22 lbs. This hull shouldn't weigh that much.

I don't know. I'm starting to think I may have more than I bargained for!
That would explain why the drive and the rudder are already in and there's an owners manual... Me thinks me might have gotten the RTR!

Id bet you did. It looks complete. Haha... SUPRISE!!!!! too funny. Spray some lube into the latches and push them down and lide your finger off so they try to pop up hard. I have to do that to one of mine sometimes... IF its a similar push lock system.????Comment

Yep. I just emailed them and it's the full shebang. We're just going to work out the diff and keep it!!!
The hull hatch was damaged in shipping and he's sending me a new one at no cost as well as working me on heck of a deal on the whole boat. Now that's customer service!

He said same thing, use lubricant, let it sit and do some twisting/turning. Going to let it sit tonight and look at it more in the morning. Wow.

I just fired it up and Wow! Reminds me of the 125's at the race track. Cool stuff. (I'm an old Motorcycle road racer)
As for building this as an electric, I totally see now why I looked silly asking if a 2200Kv would run it!!! NO WAY!
I would say double or triple the size of the 1515 and run twins if electric. Wow, this thing is HUGE!
