Just finished grinding on some of my ugly white epoxy..lol...This epoxy is really strong !......Here is a side shot of the degree of bend on the center stuffing tube.....I ran .150 cables with no issues.....Also am thinking that leaving the motor plates in the sponsons would be a good re-enforcement value....they are only 1-2 oz with epoxy...any thoughts ?.....having a hard time with totally erasing all the evidence of my quad....ha ha

Just finished grinding out old epoxy and layed down some glass over the old stuffing tub holes. I will pore some resin into the old sponson strut holes next and then fix the stressed part underneth on the high side of the sponson.....Then I can begin motor mount work and installing new stuffing tubes....after all that is done I will paint the inside gloss black for a nice appearance........I wish I had room around here for a large sport boat because I am kind of wanting to keep it now....

There are zip ties holding them in place and thermally conductive grease you can buy at Radio Shack
