Scott may need to do the setup for listing it. There is a DIY club registration section on the site but it wants information that I don't have without listing myself as the contact.
I woke up early this morning and started on a flyer for the swap meet. After I get to work I'll pdf it and put up the rough draft to get suggestions for finishing it.

OK here's the rough draft. If we can get it settled quickly I'll bring some color copies to Encore on Sunday. (I'm off tomorrow and Friday so need to get it finalized today before 5:00 since I don't have pdf software at home.)

Bring your Q boat they are to much fun to leave at home. I'm bringing Q, LSH, LSO, OPC Tunnel and 1/8 scale if anyone else is bringing one. What about food we need to know how many are coming for sure so we can buy some hot dogs, burgers, chips, buns, sodas, ketchup, mustard, relish, paper plates, napkins etc.

Suggestion for food. I can't prebuy stuff as my fridge is only 6 cubic feet. (RV) I suggest everybody brings their own coolers and liquid refreshments. We can collect $5 from everyone and run to Walmart (30 seconds away) and pick up the stuff we need or $10 per person if you want raise money for the club. I will have a full size grill on site. LMK if this arrangement is OK. The course to be used has to be the Encore Regatta course, now elongated and basically free of weeds. We have the use of a deluxe, two person retreival boat. Your families are welcome to come and use the pool, hot tub, ping pong etc. Let's keep our fingers crossed for good weather. BG

I had totally forgotten about having team viewer installed on my computers so that I could handle a few daily work chores from home. I did some minor rework and re-arrange on the flyer this morning, did a file transfer to my work computer then re-opened and created the pdf there. File transfer back to my computer here and now there's a fresh flyer for approval or suggestions for improvement. Sure would be nice if I could get some feedback. It almost seems like every time we try to get this idea going everyone hits the ignore button.
