If you happen to visit the east coast and are near Ft Pierce,you are welcome to visit the treasure coast club at Palm Lake.Our next club race will be July 8,but there are usually a few guys at the pond every Sun am.The weather over here hasn't been that bad,in fact we were able to race last Sunday.
Just being hospitable toward our friend from CA.

I don't know how bad it was in Lee, but Hilsborough and Pinellas got hit pretty bad with the flooding. We got our share in Sarasota and Manatee too (washed out the road to the SRQ flying field) but still not as bad as Tampa. How is it down in Punta Gorda, Ray?

I looked at the weather forecast for Sarasota for this weekend and it looked good

Yeah we got slammed up here. Below is a link to a couple of photo's I took at what is close to the high water mark during the heavy downpours. These are taken from the road back across the ponds in our neighborhood. The second photo is looking toward my house. Mine is located in the clump of trees at the very end past the last visible yellow house. The water came up almost to my chain link fence.

Looking like very light (4-5 mph) winds from the north until around 11:00. Then kicking up to around 10 from the west as the day goes on.

I have 16 bricks (enough for 2 each on 8 markers) and a couple of 100' ropes (string packages) and my long zip ties in the van for tomorrow.
Only bringing 3 boats for some quick test runs. The Cheetah is ready for a 6s test. I've relocated the rx and moved the antenna to the outside in the Falcon to see if that solves the esc problem in it. Got a fresh DF-33 hull that I want ot drop in as well.
