Man that's going to be a long day. Maybe it will wrap up a little early since not all the classes got filled.

We had a great time today at the WCRA race in Riverview! All of the electric classes were filled. Those of you who didn't attend missed some good races! The nitro and gas guys were most gracious and welcoming. It was a great atmosphere and the weather wasn't that hot today due to overcast and a slight breeze.

BTW, it's time for you guys to get off of knocking Airtronics radios! I had absolutely no trouble with my airtronics today!

Our next Akerman runs are Sept 11 and 25. I'll be out of town for the 25th. I'll try to be there on the 11th. BRING shovels! Let's do something with the steps! Bill, Chris, etc. You guys want to pick up some of the 18" stepping stones? I'd think about 9 of them would give us good steps. We could also pick up some 2 x 8 PT precut to 36" lengths to use as the stair risers. Probably need 3 or 4 of them. The club has the money. No problem. Also need some fire ant killer!

I can pick up the patio blocks but why so many? If we do two blocks wide it should only take 6 to make 3 steps. Looks like the neighborhood "childrren" have made off with my shovel so somebody would need to bring one.
