The dynamics between the hulls that these props were designed for are quite different. I am sure that these folks are very good at what they do but the best designs are top secret and closely guarded. From the props on nuclear subs to the high powered boats used by the SEALS. When these boats are on public display the props are covered or removed. I would be glad to learn whatever I could from these folks as there is no such thing as too much knowledge. Chuck, this lady is more than willing to share what she knows. The secrets that aren't to be shared, refers to counter rotating props on the same shaft, distances between them, etc. If you are interested in that stuff, we'll have to talk to someone else. I may know a guy to discuss general concepts and principles if you are interested.

Anyone I forgot to address? Oh, Doug, I'm not flying in Brian. While he has the experience, I'm sure he doesn't have the time to share the knowledge, nor do I have the funds to fly him out. So what am I looking for here? Knowledge. That's all I'm ever looking for (sometimes clarification). I don't feel the need to regurgitate the same stuff that someone else has done (not making implications, simply a statement). My thought is, try something different, even if it isn't conventional. That's where innovation comes from and with the inclusion of combining knowledge from different places, incorporating your own thoughts and ideas.
