I was working on the truck, but it was gorgeous today!!! A little cold, but little wind, perfect winter weather for boating (and extra cool water for the water cooling)!

OK guys, here it is. I know that I've already talked to a few of you, but wanted to extend the invitation to the rest...

I ran into a lady in my business dealings...to make a long story short, her and her husband are venture capitalists who have owned/sold many businesses over the years. One of which was a prop maker.

They made props for everything from offshore cats to multi-million dollar yachts to USCG cutters to Navy Special Warfare fast boats.

So here's the point, I've talked to Chuck and we're thinking of having lunch with her (maybe her husband too). I'm footing the bill for her and her husband so that we can pick their brain. This lady knows her stuff, inside and out (progressive pitch, cupping, etc.).

Is anyone else interested in going to lunch to talk some serious tech about props and prop design?

As a final note, they also were the first ones in the industry to employ digital scanning and 3D modeling for prop design. I'm sure that they have all kinds of lessons learned we can benefit from. Plus, we may have to start a business venture where we provide different props not otherwise available in the RC community. Wouldn't that be great!

Fly in Brian Buass at your cost... The Snowman.... He knows how to manipulate a prop and was ridiculed by some members for his knowledge on the UL1. Does this lady have experience with MODEL props and there building practises and the tiny market? $$$$$
