It seems to be off and on here. 25 mins or so of 4-5 mph, then 20 mins of 15 with gusts to 20 mph.

Well, I finally gave up on trying to make a run and when I did, it turned nice. Sun was out, wind died to 5 mph, not raining. I guess that's the way it goes.
