Its an Aeromarine 50" - just average size for gas boaters but pretty enough big for me as all my gas boats are just 45-46" long. Once you install the 6" long rudder standoff you'll realize how much longer its gonna be. Not too easy to transport anymore as compared to a bare hull.

Apache hulls are really fun boats and since my Prather fun boat is already an open top design - I dunno what to do with this. I could probably retain the open top for offshore and just make some sort of yacht structure to make it more versatile. What do you guys think? Problem is - offshore open top boats are colorful while yachts are mostly white hulls. Any ideas?

100 yards offshore and 40' deep? WOW! It's like raising the Titanic scale size! that's almost impossible when you consider the cold water and the weather you have now bud! good luck!

Hay Ed, not as far back as i thought, the car bodies are on page 98, have you done anymore work to your slash???

So Mac what are we talking, a new paint sceme?? Im sure we can all help there..
Last night i almost gassed my self out in my shed trying to check the 4wheeler motor, i have a pritty big shed i built 12x16' but was so cold i had the big door closed (not completly) and started up the 4wheeler to help keep the battery charged and after afew minites i felt very light headed and dizzy, so i stood up to walkout side and almost fell down but got outside and after afew minites started to feel better,,, im not going to tell my wife or there will be no more working on the wheeler!!!! So in the cold weather guys be carefull in those small areas with the chemicals!!!

Jerry - you unknowingly created a gas chamber there bud! You're lucky you got out which is better than your wife finding you fainted or worse on the floor. If you have to do that either connect a long hose from exhaust going out the garage or atleast have an exhaust fan(s) computed for the area. Better be safe than sorry bud!

As for the Apache hull - some sort of yacht structure could be made aside from the offshore canopy that came with it - but a paint scheme applicable for both options is the hardest to envision. Maybe a blackened hull sides perhaps?

Hay the black sides would look alsum and would be a simple paint job,,, some times the simple scemes just look the best id say run with it and i like the original hatch on that one, just use it bud!!!

Jerry! Be careful next time bud! carbon monoxide is odorless and the only way to know is when you feel exactly what you felt.

Hey Mac! I saw this on the Dock. Looks like a nice all around fun boat. It's cheap for $80 But the seller doesn't want to ship. Local pick-up only.
