Really sorry to hear about hurricane Sandy and hope that your family and friends are okay. Just before Sandy hit the east coast we had another tropical storm hit us as well, but they come and go. It was just like yesterday when typhoon Ondoy visited us 2yrs ago - it decided to drop a month's worth of rains in just half a day! 80% of Manila was flooded with about 1000 fatalities. You literally see cars on top of electrical posts! Mother Nature is fierce!

I think its time to build an Ark!

Yes I know. New York / New Jersey has been hit real bad. Thankfully, we haven't felt anything here on the West Coast. It's been sunny & warm. I'm glad you're safe Jerry!

Welcome back bud! Everything's fine in this side of the pond. Sunny and cool in the morning but at noon its another story! Most of the times its hot from noon till early afternoon. We had a great day yesterday at the pond. We were playing around with radar guns and onboard gps. My old gasser run 83.3kph inspite the wind and choppy waters.

We had a tropical storm just before Sandy hit the east coast of U.S.. Yesterday several areas had minor earthquake and aftershocks. Nothing serious. Just part of everyday life. lols! We thousands every year!

for sure, i've heard of some boats surviving after being submerged for so long. i'm guessing battery's toast, body should be ok, if rx & servo are waterproof they should be ok, maybe motor if he's lucky... everything else should be fine right? crossing fingers for you bro

Mardon's mini deep-v was submarine for two weeks until a fisherman fished it out. The the esc, servo and lipo i think died. The hull and hardware were dirty but okay. The only surviving electronic was the $7 flysky receiver. Lols!
