Hey shawn, do you think that 2 cc1717 would move a 41 inch cat pretty well??? Just thinking of my next project. Did you get me last pm about your paypal???
    Thanks Jason!

Im humbled about your question to shawn - here I am hoping to run a 40" with a single T600 outrunner, while you guys are into 2 1717s in a similar sized boat! hahahaha! I feel deprived! hahaha!

I can get you the tracking info in the morning... The paperwork is at my work... Sorry... Not sure what I'm going to do but my next twin will be a large cat. I would love to put 2 1717's in your upcoming geico cat!!!!! That would be fun. Remember that my first gasserbuild was a 45 inch cat with a heavily modded QuickDraw 35cc!!! She is alot of fun!

Im kinda tired of gassers... I have a S520 in my Expresscraft Thunderbolt that is almost finished and I'm thinking of selling it to build a large twin cat..

Dont tire yourself buddy - you know im always here for your gassers! hahaha!
I guess we are at similar stages, but opposite directions - you have gassers but now prefers electrics, while I do have electrics but more addicted to gassers! ha!
Lets call it a diversion when doing the other thing - so now that my gassers are good to go, its quite fun to do electrics again!

I am planning on more of a 45" cat with the 1717's.I have logged between 7-8 HP on one in my DF. I got your PM but have been so busy on that house.I took some vid of it.It is about 15,000 sq ft and on 50 acres with a lake/pond.Not big enough for Miss Behavin' to open up.Sorry if my posts have been short guys.Seems I've been working and sleeping as of late but it is just about under control. Not to mention the PM's,I somehow became quite active on here.

Ahhh, the trend seems to be going bigger and bigger! I could see it now, in a year or two - you'll find my 40" cig boat and 37" Cat under the mini and micro section of ose! hahahaha

Did someone mention R-42?! Yeah baby yeah!!!!!!

I finally finished installing the hardware and electronics inside the 40" Cig hull.
The fiberglass battery trays came out great as well!

Yeah, I could only wish that all my boats would be this spacious - easier to find real estate for electronics and easier for maintenance as well.
I also love it that the CG is right in the middle of the battery trays - so heavier or lighter batteries wont change the CG so much. The trays are also done 9" long so batts could be moved forward or back as needed.
