By C do you mean cell count? As far as temps, the same prop sharpened or not really has nothing to do with temps unless it was ran through the garbage disposal, and even then the boat just wouldn't move. Diameter has an effect on temps and so does removing some or all of the tongue, but I've never experienced measurable temp variance that I could attribute to simply balancing and sharpening a prop.

yes I should of said s instead of c. I was thinking cells. and by temp, was thinking the higher the voltage the higher the temps on everything, I saw the the wire harness can melt when running 4 batteries

water cooling question, it seems theres a lot of turns, I saw in post that it can be redirected more strait flow, there wasn't must on post.can I pick up and go through 1 esc then the other , through motor then exit, and do that to each?
or does each esc and motor need ther own?

My opinion. 4 packs is the way to go. More power on tap = less stress on the system and your new packs. The added weight helped me keep it planted as well. You would have to really be hammering nonstop on the throttle to melt anything. Again, just my two cents.

Ok. Here's some of my props. The ones all the way to the left have tongues on them. The ones on the bottom left are full tongue on them. Compare the others with less tongue and it'll give you an idea.

Good Lord! That's a lot of props. I did some sharpening today but still a bit hesitant on the detoung. Scared to mess up these props.

Hey guys, need some help ASAP. At the river, one prop is reversing while the other goes fwd. I tried the throttle range calibration and tried the running mode for fwd/reverse. Still does the same thing. One ESC is new.

might be a stupid reply, but binding a receiver to the transmitter, might be the same with ESC?

On the motor you need going forward, just swap any TWO of the motor leads...

I matched all those leads back the way it was originally. Are u saying just swap them around on the side with the new esc?

I thought it was only receiver and transmitter that needed binding.

Winds picked up on me so I called it off. Will try again after lunch.

If the colors are matched on the motor leads the chances are one of the motors will reverse, or not. Brushless works the same way as a 3phase AC motor. Switch any two wires to reverse.

Mustered 57.3mph. Windy conditions would not allow a stable run for too long. I believe my packs are tired and with better water and wind conditions I may be able to hit 60 again
