Those props are not aggressive props plus aluminum flexes so it loses pitch. I'd be surprised if they went faster than stock sharpened props. I feel like kinda you took a step backwards. The only positive is it seems like 47mm diameter is liked by the boat. Don't hurt to try something different than everyone else tho. dec 18th test report
today i went to the lake to test my stock Zelos with nu props!
below all the details!
transport.jpg
weather:
air temperature: 50F 10C
water temperature: 39F 4C
wind: 7.5mph 12kmh
waves: small but persistent
Boat:
electronic: stock
ESC timing: 7.5
shafts: polished
lubricant: quicksilver 2-4-C and Pakelo 5W30 full synth motor oil
struts: leveled as out of the box
props: TFL CNC 4714 alu
lipo: 2x 3S Turnigy Nanotech 5A 65-120C NOT fresh
Results:
balance: perfect, no flip trend
Top speed: 63mph 101kmh (instead of 55mph 88kmh with stock props)
Battery time: 3'30" (instead of 4min with stock props)
Left temps: ESC 90F 32C motor 108F 42C
Right temps: ESC 86F 30C motor 95F 35C
Problems:
during dock return, right motor power go down, then blinking red light on right ESC...
temp of one of the battery plug went up coz some fused plastic around it...
stock servo is really slow... ok for normal running... not so much for emergency turn...
101kmh.jpg
Conclusion:
My dream come true and this make me happy...
I know i should sharpen the props but i'm not able to do it...
I know low lake temp helps electronics, so i need a medium prop for summer to preserve electronics... but i'm happy of TFL!
Please help me to solve the ESC red blinking problem... maybe LVC threadsold is different in the right ESC? crazy...HPR 115 kevlar bulletproof @90mph, MHZ Rapid carbonfiber, Bingo Race Minieco

Same thing just happened to me . Left side ESC. start out green after a pass or two reduced power on that side and red flashing . Called Horizon tech said its the low voltage cut off indication, only I didn't have low voltage and both esc's were set at 3.2v. He ended up sending me a new esc. I put it in but haven't had a chance to try it because the lakes around here are now ice. Check the low voltage setting on the esc that's flashing verify its not set on one of the higher settings ,if not contact HorizonComment
