On my motors when stripped it was impossible to remove the amature wires,on yours it may be just pushed in? is there any sign of glue on the wires? if so maybe its been overheated and melted?
When you put it back together just make sure it spins without binding anywhere.
If the clutch bearings fit well,no reason why you cant use them.I use all sorts of bearings from all sorts of machines, some bearings are better than others but motor ones are easy to replace so dont worry too much.

      LOL,
you edited with the answers before i posted..
The wires are coated so dont short circuit with each other and the can.
Not too sure what glue they use, epoxy WILL melt at highish temps though.
But those temps would probably anyway demagnetize the whole motor anyway.
I would just try it,those motors are not expensive.

Thanks Brod, yes there is some epoxy looking glue on the wires, and inside the can too.

When I removed the end bell, the armature came with it half way, it needed a bit of pulling power to get it all out.

It has never run hot, but I have used a lot of wd-40, brakecleen and motor spray on it, so the glue could jus not take these too well ?

I´ll try some ceramic bearings on it, it´s only about 15$, and I can allways move them on new motor if this one is dead.

Possibly with the oil and stuff.
I wouldnt spray anything wet inside the motors,'wet' will attract dirt and dust and stay there.
The new ceramic bearings is the way to go,i just didnt know your budget plan.
make sure you give the whole motor a good clean and dry before you reassemble it.

If you are going to contact him its best to use Ebay message service on his home page, assuming you bought through Ebay.
My hulls and stuff takes usually 7-10 days, depending what day of the week ordered.

sometimes stuff coming from Hong Kong can take up to 2 weeks. I've had stuff sit in US customs for a few days more. Be patient, I think it will come OK. If not, he'll make it right for you.

Yeah, over here (Finland) the customs is a pain to work with usually too.

I just received the tracking number and it was shipped on the 6th. -weird that it is still on china though.(gone thrue 7 different places in china)

Anything coming out of mainland china will always end up at several destinations before it finally is shipped to your country. EMS is a complicated system and not enough space of time here to explain it. 'Basically, each post office has a quota. If the local office has exceeded their quota, it will be sent to another post office somewhere that hasn't met theirs yet. Very weird.

Another thing is that they are not very good about updating the tracking. You item may actually already be in your country but not show up in the tracking and then all of a sudden...surprise....it's delivered to your home! As an example, we checked tracking yesterday and it said it was still in china. Later that same day it was delivered to our warehouse! Go figure, eh? Haha

In the states we sometimes get EMS shipments in as little as 3 days and as long as 10 days. You can never predict it.

Weird, like sailr wrote, my boat is still in China (if we belive that tracking site)

It has not moved anywhere since 7.7 .

                            Hoping it is here soon...

Yes, that EMS site is the one I used.

Not anything on usps.(well, why would they have info of an parcel that is going to Finland )

Nothing visible on local tracking site neighter.
