I don't use any card,I just use the tx instead, its simple to program. So, have u set the cutoff voltage that I've suggested to u?

9" is just about right for that boat...I use 9 1/2"
but are you balancing it properly?....I measure off the transome towards the front of the boat and put a mark at 9" (in your casr) in the side of the boat...I use the table edge and drab the transome towards me 9 1/2" ..the boat must balance or teeter totter at the measuring point...just shift the batteries forward or backwords to get it to balance on the mark you made......instead of a table edge you can use something perfectley round like a broom stick centered on the mark you made

hope this helps....if you have it balanced perfect it should ride just right
