I wish I had an m648....it's an x648...it's need to raise it up some. I tested one before and it was close to throw m645....the prather is right on the heels of the m645. To be honest, if I had a way to adjust the strut correctly at the lake, one of the other props I have would be fsster. That's why I'm machining a slide adjustable strut assy right now

I'm a little late coming in but have to Congratulate you on setting a goal and seeing it through and then some!! 100mph is just around the corner, you may have already achieved it this morning. I wonder if it will be recognized by the guys that think "running through the traps" is the only way to measure speed. They fact that 99% of us dont have that option seems to be lost on them. Whats next after the 100mph rivercat? The fantasym is a boat just begging for 100mph. I would love to see that done in a single! Keep up the great work, it's awesome seeing you spend the time to really dial a boat in.

Well it doesn't matter to me I'd the guys recognize it or not. I plan on surpassing 100. I've got some things in the works right now. As far as I'm concerned if the gps said it did xx mph...it did xx mph. If you watched my video s you'll notice it accelerates very quickly once I start squeezing the trigger. I had to work all day today so I didn't get to run it today. I may run it in the morning. ..I haven't decided yet. Got too much other stuff to do. I fid get my hv charger yesterday so now I can go out on a full charge.

Whoohoo! Ran it on a full charge. First pass, 95.6mph and send pass was 95.1mph. Not bad. Climbing up.the ladder slowly! So my conclusion about the revolectrix is its a much stronger battery than most other batteries at the nominal 4.20v charge. I only gained 1mph from the 4.27v charge. A gain is a gain but it's not game changing having it charged at that.

              Video...

I wouldn't worry about it. Anyone who thinks that going through the traps is the only way to measure speed is an idiot and probably never actually "ran through the traps" themselves. GPS is a pretty good way to measure top speed (maybe the best). Anomalies are of course possible, but it's unlikely that they would be replicated over and over.
Speed traps at SAW events don't measure top speed, unfortunately. They only measure E.T., which can then be used to determine average speed. Records with full size boats are actually done the same way.

Who would say that? I think any of us that have run at a time trial would tell you there are a lot of variables going thru "the traps". Just hit them at the wrong angle and you will lose a lot of time. I use gps all the time to see my top speed and I trust it for a gauge more than I would the lights, they are just a snapshot of part of a run.

                                gps.jpg

I hope gps counts because I upped my top speed this weekend lol! One thing I would say and this is just my opinion, I think for it to be "proof" you should see the gps set to zero, put it the boat then pulled in an unedited video. I have video of that pass but I'm not going to say i have a 106mph boat till I do it at the trials or have an unedited video start to finish.
