Very nice! I decided to go with a 2 peice design to get more contact area for heat transfer.

I like your idea better, the more heat transfer the better. That what makes these forums so useful.

Im going to make it a 3 piece. The center will be water jet/laser cut to make it cheaper. I have a vendor that does laser work for dirt cheap. Cheap enough a hobbyist can afford :)

After seeing Jim's I might make mine wider and have the outlets come out similar. More area...

OK Ive settled on my design, now to get a few built. Went with just a big water chamber. Im going to sandwich between two 1/8" plates with 1/4" middle plate. Bolt it all together then onto the T180.

Sorry guys I havent been able to get any work done on this yet. Turns out I need a new spindle control for my mill and I havent had time to figure out what parts need to be ordered. I just changed jobs and im working in the bay area 6 days a week currently so free time is scarce.. I am however going to try to get the local community college machine shop to cut a few for me.

I feel your first design with a race track is better just make the race track area wider.

Ok sorry guys. Just started training with ADT as an installer and I'm working more hours then I am at home.. Lolz if anyone has access to a Cnc and wants the code to cut one pm me. If anyone has a way to get these produced and sell them (properchopper?) Contact me for files and we can work out a deal.. otherwise I hope to have more time and money to work on this and other projects by the first of the year... Hopefully I can get some parts made before then but I'm not gonna hold my breath.. :-P
